Details

Because places is on by default, we can remove the fxexp-win32-tbox Dep Places build. I'd like to do this to make cycle times on that box faster. Because there is a slight chance that places may be turned off, we'd like to keep the configuration file around so we could start it up again in the future if necessary.
Build is now disabled, but is still there should we need to turn it on again.
