38167 - long <menupopup> widgets in tree extend beyond containing tree

If you have a tree of menupopups, and one of those popups is very long, it will 
extend beyond the right-boundary of the containing tree.

To demonstrate, do the following:

1. From menu select tasks->personal managers->form manager->interview
2. Fill in at least 12 fields on the form (this is necessary to get scroll bar
   to appear)
3. Make at least one of the filled-in entries be the entire length of the field
4. From menu select tasks->personal managers->form manager->capture

At this point you have saved at least 12 values, with one being very large.  Now 
you are going to do a prefill with these saved values

5. From menu select tasks->personal managers->form manager->prefill safely

expected result: large value is truncated just before hitting scroll bar on 
right

actual result: large value goes under scroll bar and continues on the other side 
of the scroll bar, outside of the tree area.

The dialog mentioned above has been completely rewritten so this bug can no 
longer be demonstrated with that dialog.
