firefox can't handle multibyte characters (utf-8) in anchor tags' href attribute.
e.g. <a href="http://www.užsičiaupk.tu"> gives http://www.xn--usiiaupk-mbb14i.tu/

although in some ocaisions links are handled correctly.
e.g. <a href="http://www.nežinau.lt">

It sounds like you're just seeing IDN displayed as punycode for a TLD we haven't enabled IDN for.  This only affects the way the URL is displayed, not whether you can connect to the site.

If something is actually not working, you'll need to be more specific (steps to reproduce, what to look for, expected result, actual result).
