Seen on Windows and Mac trunk builds from 05/22

- open Bookmarks Organizer
- attempt to drag and drop a column header to reorder them

tested results:
columns can't be drag and dropped

expected results: column can be dragged and feedback shows where it can be successfully dropped.
This still reproduces three months later in Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007083104 Minefield/3.0a8pre.
This also still occurs now, Litmus has a testcase for this if dev's wanted to look at more results. https://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=4009.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007101907 Minefield/3.0a9pre ID:2007101907

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
