The testcase is from bug 355216.
It's basically a very large canvas.
Nothing seems to get repainted inside that large canvas.
So if you overlay something, and then remove it, you can still see it inside the page.
For me, Firefox hangs indefinitely when I visit the URL.
Severity: normal → critical
Priority: -- → P2
Joe, no hang for me here on windowsXP trunk. What platform are you using?
And why are you changing the priority field? That's normally only something that developers are allowed to change.
OS X, current trunk. And I am a gfx developer, doing bug triage at Vlad's request.
Ah, ok. I'm still confused though, because this bug isn't blocking1.9+, and afaik, only P1+P2 will be fixed for 1.9.
Only P1+P2+blocking1.9+ will be fixed, this P1/P2/P3 stuff has a different meaning in here at the moment :)
