Need an icon for the Address Book window toolbar for synchronization between the 
Netscape and the Netcenter web Address Book.

Can you check the new AB Sync Icon into the tree...I was going to do it but I'm 
not sure where they go anymore after the big chrome reorg.

danm / amusil:  have all the packager & chrome problems been sorted out for aim
yet?  if there is a bug for that, can you let me know, so I can mark this bug
dependent on that one?
Good news, the linux commercial build for 5/23 now has this button.  Will verify 
the other platforms when I get them.
Unfortunately, the Abook sync stuff is not in the Win32 build and Mac 
Netscape6-mac.sea.bin commercial build dated 2000-05-23.  However, we now see it 
in the linux build, still open for mac and win.
phil / selmer, this is why you aren't seeing the button in the commercial win32
bits.

I'll investigate why the ui isn't there later today.

looks like the overlay mechanism may be broken again...IM is not showing up 
either

Is there a separate bug for IM?  I may need to make this dogfood then.

Found a bug in the overlay mechanism that was basically disabling it. Fix is 
checked in.

Using build 2000-05-24 on Win NT4.0 this is fixed.  Still not showing up on Mac 
build.  Used  /2000-05-24-08-M16/Netscape6-mac.sea.bin.  Still opened but adding 
[pp] to keywords since this is mac only now. Note: could not test with 
Netscap6Installer-mac.sea.bin at this time because of (bug 39749).

the aim overlays weren't showing up on this mac build, either.  so it's not
ABSynch specific.

but we should fix this for beta2.

update: still not showing up on Mac build 2000-06-06-08
Update: 41002 & 39749 Mac Installer bugs was fixed and verified, so I used the 
MacNetscap6Installer.sea.bin to see if that fix would fix this bug.  Not! The 
Abook Sync button is still not in the toolbar (nor is AIM in the Tasks menu 
list).   Seth you want to check this out again on my Mac to see if the overlay 
stuff was included in the installer?
Now Bugscape bug 1001 is the bug that this is dependent on.  When that is fixed, 
check this bug.  
Happy Days are here again!!!! Bugscape 1001 is fixed and we now see the Abook 
Sync button in the Address Book.  Seth you can mark this fixed and I will 
verify.  Used Mac build 2000-07-20.

Using build 2000-06-09 on mac and retesting again on win98 and linux this is 
fixed. Verified

All the toolbar icons are now blue (instead of some blue and some white). Sync 
icon needs to be updated with blue version.  Sorry for this change. I was 
unaware all the toolbar buttons were being changed to blue (for modern). :-(

Using build 2000-06-23 on win98, mac and linux the Abook sync button appears as 
the one in the link (two "L" shaped dark blue arrows, one pointing left one 
right inside a button).  Verified.

FYI, classic sync icon is now done. German will get it checked in for me!
