Details

At the moment, the developer defines the default language for the add-on detailed page. Some use their native language which does not help if only relative few people speak it. Setting the default fallback language(s) per locale would help.

Example:
1. Provide German (de) users en-US as default fallback language. (And then French.) In most cases, en-US exists.
2. Provide users from a country with another default foreign language in the education system this language.
