382130 - German Dictionary de-de-alt mess up the Extension Manager

After installation of the dictionary **de-de-alt** the "Uninstall" and also the "Disable" button in the Extension Manager disappear (still available in the context menu), also there is no "Restart Firefox" option button. Deinstallion of the dictionary gives the buttons back. Ofcourse I didn't try all dictionaries, but the **de-de** works fine, the Arabic as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:3
2. Restart
3. Check the Tools-Add-ons

works for me Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/2007050106 Firefox/2.0.0.4.

I see all buttons (Disable,etc options) are there. Because the Description of this  add-on is very long i had to scroll in the extension manager to see the buttons. Can you confirm this ? 

The Restart/Installation Window is only there when you install a extension. Because of Bug 351819 its possible that this button is inactive.
