Mousing over the status drop down in the Quick Contact area (most notably over the one that is just under your name) causes the blue surrounding the Quick Contact area to grow downward.  This is not the expected behavior, and Firefox 2.x does not suffer from this.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into GMail, with GChat integration enabled.  This will put a Quick Contacts area to the left of your email
2. Mouse over "Set Status Here" under your user name in the Quick Contact area
3. Repeat, and watch how each mouse over causes the blue area to expand downward
Actual Results:  
The blue area grows downward

Expected Results:  
The area should actually be a little smaller to start and should not grow on mouse-over.
