INPUT fields are left-justified. They should be centered. Works fine in IE.

Input fields are centered correctly on the 2000050513 build
The input fields render the same as they do in Netscape 4.x and in IE. Where in 
the spec does it state that input fileds are to be centered? Even the visual 
examples in the spec show left justified.
