Details

Currently, the order for displaying test runs is fixed: recommended runs at the top, then all enabled test runs in one big list. Manage Test Runs should have the capability to reorder the test runs so that they can be sorted appropriately (i.e. with less frequently used runs at the bottom, grouped together by product, etc...).

I added some back-end code for this in bug 505855.

Still needs an interface though.
Litmus is being decommissioned in bug 802674.
