38299 - Bookmark Folder items on Personal toolbar are collapsed and invisible

I have couple of bookmark folders to be displayed on the personal toolbar. My 
bookmarks are migrated from 4.7. All the bookmarks are migrated properly. 
Bookmark service displays urls on the personal toolbars without any problems. 
The problem seems to be with folder items. I don't see folder items on the 
personal toolbar. Another interesting thing I have noticed is that I can click 
area next to Net2Phone bookmark and see drop downs to my bookmark folder items.
In this small area, all folders are there...collapsed and invisible.

BTW,  folders are seen from the menu item Bookmarks. And that is the way I am 
using them right now.

interesting....I pulled and built mozilla (&netscape) and I see the bookmark 
folder items on the personal toolbar. But I download the latest build from 
sweetlou, I don't see them. This sounds like a packaging problem to me. Looks 
like some thing has been forgotten.

This happens on windows. Haven't checked on Linux and Mac yet.

Is this still happening?
Personal toolbar has been working for me on linux/win32 for
quite a while now.
