After the installation of some extensions, SM's "Restart SeaMonkey" button stays greyed out even after the installation completed successfully.

Example for an extension where this happens: Adblock Plus 0.7.5.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Adblock Plus 0.7.5.1 in a recent suiterunner build.
2. look!, restart button grey!
Not an address book bug.
