2.forward mail to me.
3.forwarded mail save [File]->[Save As]->[File]
4.open saved mail [File]->[Open Saved Mail]
5.open attached mail.
6.attached mail is blank.

I tested below version.
Tb version 3.0a1pre (20070603)
Tb version 2.0.0.0 (20070326)

How can we see "attached mail" when forwarded inline?
Original mail to be forwarded already had attached mail in it?
If this is the case, it is simply a variation of problems listed in Bug 269826 Comment #21.
These basic bugs are partially resolved but still have problem, so funny phenomena remain in handling of message/rfc822 part and attachements in the attached mail, then many bug are already opened for them.
Can you find already opened bug in dependency tree of meta Bug 269826?
It looks for me DUP of Bug 351064.
