Selected: Tools/Options/Private Data/Settings

"Download Data" and "Saved Form Information" checked (along with "Browsing History", "Cache" and "Authenticated Sessions"); when "Clear Private Data" selected from tools drop-down or options page, "Download Data" and "Saved Form Information" show still check-marked but 'greyed out" and do not action.  Pages remain in 'Google' pull-down history.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Selected: Tools/Options/Private Data/Settings
2."Download Data" and "Saved Form Information" checked
3."Clear Private Data" 
Actual Results:  
"Download Data" and "Saved Form Information" not deleted despite check-marks.

Expected Results:  
"Download Data" and "Saved Form Information" should be deleted.

The "Download History" and "Saved Form and Search History" remain grayed out until you do something that puts something into those. for example; File | Save Page As.. any web page will set "Download History" to active.  Clear Private data, then go back to the Clear Private Data dialog and it will once again be grayed out.
