Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open firefox connect to a site. 2.try to opena local html file in another tab/window 3.curse when it opens home page Again Actual Results: Instead of opening the requested html file(local copy) FF opens my Home Page Expected Results: Requested file to open
Can you be more specific about what you're doing, especially in step 2?

Does this happen in Safe Mode? (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode)
I have reformated my HD and reinstallrd FF and it has not happened again. I have no idea what caused it.
