That option is no longer there (not always: sometimes). Even though my Mac is set to open e.g. pdf files in Acrobat or doc files in Word, Firefox now (sometimes) offers only default apps, like Preview. In my Apple Info menu, the Open With is set for Acrobat and Word, but Firefox won't give that choice any longer. Again, this does not happen all the time, perhaps 1 in 10 times.
