Details
If focus of control is placed on a textbox control, firefox the keyboard shortcut for download manager no longer works until focus is taken off the text box.
I encountered this on Linux using Minefield 3.0a6. It does not happen on any other platform.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Minefield
2. Click on location bar or search bar, or browse to a site with textbox controls (ex. gmail) and click on the login control.
3. Try the keyboard shortcut (ctrl+y for download manager on linux)
Actual results:
Focus of control remains on textbox control and no function is initiated by the keyboard shortcut
Expected results:
keyboard shortcut should trigger the download manager dialog
Reproducible: always
This bug does not occur on Windows XP, Vista, or Mac OSX.
I have tested this on all versions back to 1.5.0.12 and this bug still exists. Perhaps this is normal behaviour for linux, or maybe it just hasnt been caught for this long...

Isn't Ctrl+Y mapped to "Redo" in textboxes?
