Since some days, unfortunately didn't experience it only today but it doesn't work in some older builds too, it's not any longer possible to cancel (Del-button / or right klick kontext menu) a posting to a newsgroup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Post a message to a newsgroup (e.g. de.test)
2. Try to cancel the message (Del-button or right klick kontext menu 'Cancel Message')
3. 
Actual Results:  
No reaction at all, message is not cancelled.

Expected Results:  
A question for confirmation 'Are you sure you want to cancel this message?' as before.

This is also reported for current Seamonkey (Suiterunner) trunk builds.

I can't even get the cancel dialog to come up in current trunk.
But Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a5pre) Gecko/20070504 Thunderbird/3.0a1 ID:2007050403 [cairo] seems to work, although I didn't test in a newsgroup that allow cancels.

I see this in SM, too, thus moving to Core.

Attachment: undo accidental ? removal

The string cleanup for news accidentally changed the constant here, undoing that makes cancelling work again.
