Create the body of a table with innerHTML on onload event. CSS class rules are applied only if an alert is showed by the onload handler or after a CSS class rule is changed.

no, on Gran Paradiso alpha 5 the problem doesn't occur.

OK. This was probably fixed by one of the major back-end changes done to Gran Paradiso and is unlikely to be fixed in branch (2.0).
