Search becomes non-functional after accidental 'no free space at profile location' condition

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill out profile location partition
2. Use internet search with toolbar entry field
3. Find it unusable next time

Actual Results:
Search becomes non-functional

Expected Results:
There should be a simple-user-accessible way to restore search engines, at least.

search.sqlite seems to be corrupted; search is unavailable and there's no simple-user-accessible way to restore search engines.

replacing search.sqlite from another source helps.
