Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.0 (20070326)
When using a screen-reader, the user has no way of knowing the cursor is no longer at the top of the text. Is this a new feature? If so, I haven't seen it documented.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a message to be replied to.
2. Press ctrl+r to open a composition window.
Actual Results:
The composition window opens and the cursor is placed below the quoted text.
Expected Results:
The cursor should be placed at the top of the text area.

Yes, it depends on if you use the Account Settings > Composition and addressing > Start my reply above/below the quote.
