screenshot, look closely at the separator

See bug #380703 , and comment #7 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380703#c7

There is a slight UI bug that also appears in Firefox 2 where padding for treechildren::-moz-tree-twisty is not overwritten to be 0px for treechildren::-moz-tree-twisty(Name, separator), causing the... 2px bug in the screenshot attached and an inconsistency in the separator display.
cc'ing some seamonkey folk, as they might have this bug as well in the bookmarks organizer, history/bookmark sidebar.

If the issue is that the separator is not positioned exactly in the middle (vertically), I see the issue as well in SeaMonkey trunk.
