Patch makes failed Link Fingerprint pages show the "problem loading page" error page instead of leaving a blank unloaded page.
Add various strings and look for the Link Fingerprint error status in DocShell.

Bug 377245 got WONTFIXED, so reassigning to defaults.

If we did something like this it would be in the context of the Sub-Resource Integrity spec https://www.w3.org/TR/SRI/
The official recommendation does not include navigation or downloads, but there is interest in adding more to v2 of the spec. I encourage those interested in this feature request to participate in the standards process for the next version of that spec (details in the introduction at the link above) where Mozilla folks are active participants.
