For Thunderbird 2.0.0.4 I had to change the aus_server declaration, as we didn't setup Apache & AUS on the new staging server yet (or maybe won't bother).

Also, the diff exclusion for installed-chrome.txt doesn't work, eg

  succeeded
  calling QuitProgressUI
  Only in target/Thunderbird.app/Contents/MacOS/chrome: installed-chrome.txt

It's something to do with the way diff treats / in the pattern. Since there is only one installed-chrome.txt in the package I just removed the path spec.
