What crashes? Firefox? Adobe Acrobat Reader?
Please download Adobe reader 8.1 and report if it solves your problem. Close Firefox during Adobe Reade install.
If I connect to adobe.com via a google-provided search link, the site will open with no problem. However, once inside adobe.com, opening any other link I click causes FF to hang, aka crash. It happens EVERY time. This is basic www.adobe.com-related. Not specific product related.
Forgot to mention i'm running FF 2.0.0.18
ff2.0.0.20 is the last version of firefox and has reached end of life. you should have been offered an upgrade to ff3 by now. http://get.adobe.com/reader/ indicates the latest version of acrobat reader is 9.0 https://developer.mozilla.org/En/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report If you're just hanging, you'd have to follow the instructions for using windbg, however as FF2 is EOL'd there's no point in any of us spending any time on it.
