384622 - Please remove premature 1.8.1.6 and 1.8.0.14 flags

We're just finished with 1.8.1.4, it's confusing people to have flags for two versions ahead. The flags contribute to visual clutter, and if things get requested from the wrong version they could easily get lost and miss the release.

Please remove
 blocking1.8.1.6
 approval1.8.1.6
 blocking1.8.0.14
 approval1.8.0.14

You can leave the keywords I guess, they aren't causing the same sorts of problems.

mconnor instituted the generic branch "wanted1.8.1.x" flags for the "not this time" bucket so we don't end up pushing hard issues from release to release to release leaving a trail of minused blocking flags.

Yeah, sorry. I was under the impression we had two sets of flags normally.

I hid these flags. They can be resurrected when the time is right.
