Details

Using the Sample LivePict Plugin from the PluginSDK 4.01a Plugins are receiving 
two update events when one is sufficient.
what build are you seeing this on?  Can you please provide a testcase or a link 
to the Sample LivePict plugin? 

Please try this on a new nightly build to assure that this problem is still 
happening.
