Addresses appear in the small one and the large one is blank (with only webpage icons changing there). If you type an address in the large address bar then nothing happens. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. I've tried disabling all the plug-in, changing the theme from default to other ones - nothing helps. Can you reproduce this with a new profile? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Folder
(In reply to comment #2) > Can you reproduce this with a new profile? > http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Folder > Ria, this does not help. I've tried reinstalling Firefox (downloading the installation file from getfirefox.com) and installing it - without uninstall of the one I'm running - and it did not work. The latest nightly build does not have this bug (but also does not support lots of plugins, so can't really use it).
Ok, boys and girls, I found a way to solve the problem. Follow instructions from http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Folder to copy your current profile to desktop, then delete all the profiles from Application Data\Mozilla. Then create the new profile and copy all the files from your old profile folder (on Desktop now) to the new profile in Application Data. Solved the issue for me. Ria, thanks for your help on this!
