We need to ensure that indexes for repeat elements are updated properly after a 1.1 insert or delete.

Steps to Reproduce:
Use testcase 9.3.5.h from the 1.1 testsuite for insert. Need additional testcases for 1.1 delete.
Depends on: 368583
Testcase 9.3.5.h from the 1.1 insert testsuite.
Testcase works as expected, so closing this bug for now.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

Using 0.8.5, the 2nd row is always wrong (before and after).  Is that a valid bug?
