385105 - Manage Search Engine List is broken

Open Search Engine manager. It is blank and does not display the installed search engines. Also the cancel button is broken.

The following error appears in error console when I open the search engine manager:

If I try to add "Bugzilla@Mozilla" search engine, I get the following error:
