Did you set Firefox as default browser? And do you still see the problem with Firefox 2.0.0.4?
Firefox is set as default browser and we have tried FF2.0.0.4, but we are not able to use FF2.0.0.4 due to incompatibility with Oracle Applications 11i.
This issue began when we upgraded to Thunderbird 2.0.0.0, out of the entire facility Ted is the only user with this issue.
I have uninstalled thunderbird and firefox and completely removed Ted's preferences (which did not make him happy). All of this to no avail.
Is there a setting in the prefs folder that may cause this, or is there somewhere in the prefs that I can set this function?

This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME
