When having collapsed all message-threads in the thread list or only having expanded some message threads and running "Run Junk Mail Controls on Folder" then for this folder will first expand all threads and doing the junk-filtering then.

After this the messages stay expanded till you manually collapse them.

Awaited: The "status" of the expand/collapse for threads in the current folder are not changed (or reverted back to the initial state when junk-processing has finished)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. collspase all thread in a folder
2. run Tools - "Run Junk Mail Controls on Folder"

Actual Results:  
all threads get expanded during junk processing

Expected Results:  
the thread-"state" from before the junk-processing will be restored or it does not change at all.

can't reproduce with 2.0.0.12 or with trunk version 3.0a1pre (2008040204)

I have tested with most current v3.0a1pre (2008040302) and have the same effect there still too - even with a newly created folder.

In v2.0.0.12 many

... but in v3.0a1pre none - a core installation of v3pre

I was pressing wrong menu, Run Filters not Run Junk mail filters ;)

I believe this was fixed in bug 200138, except for virtual folders.
