This bug has been split off from Composer skins bug 19565, so transerfing status whiteboard and keywords from that bug.

The image map doesn't have any html widgets (except one that is commented out). Resolving this bug as invalid; please reopen if you know of a specific instance where the image map editor isn't skinnable.
