I suspect this might be much better in the nightly build. Would you be willing to try this out in current trunk build? http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/
I've tried the current trunk build, the problem fixed, that sounds great.. Nice work...
