User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070508 Iceweasel/2.0.0.4 (Debian-2.0.0.4-1)
Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.4 (20070618)

If you export a address book to a csv file, and later you import this csv file, you have to manually select fields to "pairs" them

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export a address book into csv format (export.csv)
2. Create a new address book
3. Import export.csv into address book recently created
Actual Results:
You have to select fields

Expected Results:
csv file is imported without any question about fields
Confirm that this still happens with build 2.0.0.19 (20081209) on Windows Vista.
What seems to be happening is that Thunderbird is remembering the field order of the previous import through a line in prefs.js
user_pref("mailnews.import.text.fieldmap", ...

Perhaps there could be a button to reset the field order back to the default, i.e. that which Thunderbird uses when it exports.
