There's a new patch in bug 384391 to fix this.

The good news is that this no longer crashes now that the second patch in bug 384391 is in. The bad news is that you an assert. What do you want to do Jesse? Morph this bug or mark it fixed and raise another?

I think the assertion is bug 385845. I'll make sure it's gone for this testcase once bug 385845 is fixed.
