Win32 (2000-05-08-09 M16)
Steps:
1. Download NetscapeSetup.exe
2. Double click on NetscapeSetup.exe
3. Click on Next
4. Click Accept
5. Select the Browse button
6. Select D:\Program File\Netscape\Seamonkey\x86rel (x86rel has been created)
7. Click OK
   Actual result: the Setup Type dialog shows: 
      D:\Program Files\Netscape\Seamonkey\x...
   Expected result: D:\Program Files\Netscape\Seamonkey\x86rel 
      should appear
8. Click Next, Create Directory dialog shows up and asks if I want to create 
D:\Program Files\Netscape\Seamonkey\x...
9. Click Yes
Actual result: installation begins and can not complete. Error code comes up:
Error occurred during installation - 225 Extraction_Failed
And an x directory has been created if I view it in window explorer.

Expected result: I should not be allowed to install into x... directory

However, if I install it into D:\Program Files\Netscape\x86rel, it does complete
the installation. I think the bug is that it does not recognize the 4th level
directory in installation.  This used to work.

This occurs on Win32 only
