Steps: 1) Open a blank document in Composer 2) Type "abcd" 3) Hit the bullet icon on toolbar 4) Move caret between "b" and "c" and hit return 5) Hit numbered bullet icon 6) Hit numbered bullet icon again Actual Results: Bullet icon does not change to numbered icon on first click Expected Results: Bullet icon should change to numbered icon on first click Build Date/Platform: 2000050808 on NT
