One of the options is to specify a date such as - first Monday nearest 22 Jan - I can find no way of doing this in lightning. Can it be added. Where would such a date be specified? We currently don't have any natural language processing in Calendar, see bug 403222. Please reopen this bug if you'd like to add more information.
