In Pcal you can define a day like this - Glenn's %-1981Y%oY Birthday - which will print out as Glenn's 26th Birthday, that would be a neat addition.

While this sounds like an interesting feature, such a feature would only appeal to a small minority of users and would therefore be better implemented in an extension.
