I just noticed this today (6/30/07). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Misspell a word 2. Right click word 3. Actual Results: Example: mispel Fringe Fridge Frig Frigs Frig e Dispel Expected Results: I expected to see dispel at the top of the list. I don't know why I would have been trying to spell fridge.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:126.96.36.199) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/188.8.131.52 I see only Dispel as a suggestion, not the F-words.

Seems much more likely to be a (transient, and unlikely to be debugged) problem with the toolkit UI forgetting to remove a set of previous suggestions, than to be a core spellcheck bug.
WFM. Phil is probably correct. If you have a test case (you can reproduce this bug reliably with a certain sequence of actions) please open a new bug.
