When openening a page in print preview that uses a meta redirect, the redirection actually occurs. This results in a print preview that's really a normal browser with the print preview toolbars. The close button does not work until you change a page orientation or scale.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.gerber-consulting.com/splash
2. open page in print preview immediately
3. wait for redirect to occur
4. try to click the close button
5. print preview stays open but behaves as normal browser
6. change page orientation or scale setting
7. the close button works as intended

also occurs with branch buid (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.5pre) Gecko/20070629 BonEcho/2.0.0.5pre ID:2007062904), also occurs in safe mode
marking resolved fixed.
I now get an alert dialog stating: "The document cannot change while Printing or in Print Preview.".
Not nice, but does the job.
