Details

wiki.mozilla.org is currently using some random time-zone (UTC?). It should be using PDT, since that's what we generally use.
UTC's not random and the site is accessed by a global community not just those in PDT. Unless there's some other compelling reason to change timezone, I'm WONTFIX'ing this.
