Did you run checksetup.pl before going to index.cgi? Could you paste its output?

Yes, the scenario is before i dump the existing bugs database from other server, it was working fine. but the above error comes after i import  the bugs database from other server to this server.
and the below error i got when i run checksetup.pl

This is some support problem. Make sure you drop the entire database and re-create it before you import the mysql dump. If you have further questions, ask on the support list:
