Try in a recent trunk build -> Help - Check for updates. And then check the error console, you will see a Security Error like:

Security Error: Content at moz-nullprincipal:{e911e8f3-9324-4e3d-b61a-ad798667dcdf} may not load or link to chrome://mozapps/content/update/updates.xul.

Security Error: Content at moz-nullprincipal:{f38bdedc-e35b-49f9-a689-3f4fe5ec5c29} may not load or link to chrome://mozapps/content/update/updates.xul.

Seen this on Bug 386656.
The regression range appears to be http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsquery.cgi?module=PhoenixTinderbox&date=explicit&mindate=1183382340&maxdate=1183384259 which reasonably firmly points the finger to the checkin for bug 326337
