386824 - Remove ARIA role of "secret"

This has been removed in favor of an ARIA property of secret on the textbox role.

I'd prefer "secret" to remain a separate role for these rasons: 

1) A textbox that is secret should not support readonly. It's easier to change that if it has it's own role 
2) It's easier to map to ATK_ROLE_PASSWORD_TEXT if it has it's own ARIA role 

Let's wait until the PF group addresses my question before removing it.

PFWG did not decide to keep the role.
