386851 - Addons download counters stopped counting

For the past 6/7 days, the addons download counters stopped incrementing.
As a result, the last-7-days counter dropped from ~40000 to < 1000, the overall counter is stuck at 1089902.

This is not a problem with the addon not being installed anymore as i can tell from accesses to the addon support site that it is still installed more than 4000 times a day.

This issue can clearly be seen on my DownloadHelper extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006) but seems to also appear on my other extensions, even if it is not as obvious as with DownloadHelper, other extensions being less popular.

Even if the download count dropped to a ridiculously small value, DownloadHelper is still ranked 19th in the overall popularity-sorted extension list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.watch the download counter
2.watch again later

Actual Results:  
the overall download counter did not changed
the last-7-days counter decreased

Expected Results:  
the overall download counter should have increased
the last-7-days counter should emain more or less stable

Download counters i refer to are the ones displayed in the developer control panel page.
