unable to download a file with trunk that I can with firefox 2

steps to reproduce:

1) go to http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-67400

2) click on "61ae03ww.exe" link

3) you should get a terms window (see screen shot #1)

4) choose the default (ftp) and click I agree

5a) in fx 2, about:blank appears to load in the terms window, you get the "save file" dialog, and I can download and save that file (see screen shot #2)

5b) on the trunk, the terms window dismisses, then I get the "save file" dialog, but nothing ever gets downloaded.  (see screen shot #3)

If you are having problems, the website recommends, according to http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-4Y9J5P

"You have a pop-up blocker enabled

Our current license agreement window will launch a new window to initiate the file download process after someone clicks I Agree. Pop-up blockers will prevent this secondary window from opening and the user will not be prompted to save the file. Temporarily disable pop-up blockers or modify its settings to allow popups from our support site."

I disabled popup blocking and I still can't download this file

I'm using the nightly Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9a7pre) Gecko/2007070404 Minefield/3.0a7pre

In case it helps, in IE 7, after I click "I agree", I get a new window (before the IE safe file dialog) to the ftp:// url (see screen shot #4)
