I just noticed that checkconfig.py from bug#378529 never landed. It is needed for botrunner so we should get it in cvs. I've attached it again here (couldn't do a patch because I don't have write access)
CCing rhelmer, since he landed the patch in bug 378529.
Re-opening bug 378529 instead of tracking in this one.
